We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform. You will lead development initiatives, implement best practices, and contribute to scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across business domains.

This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT to deliver impactful digital solutions.

This position will be reporting to the Manager, Application Development

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) for enterprise use
  • Build and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation
  • Build and support Power Platform solutions leveraging Dataverse and related data models.
  • Develop integrations with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365
  • Develop integrations with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, APIs)
  • Contribute to solution design, code quality, and governance best practices.
  • Implement ALM / DevOps pipelines for Power Platform solutions
  • Develop custom components (PCF controls, plugins, JavaScript, APIs)
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across environments (DEV/UAT/PROD)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in software development, with strong Power Platform experience
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse
  • Strong knowledge of: JavaScript / TypeScript / C#
  • REST APIs and integrations
  • Experience with: Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
  • Understanding of: Security roles, governance, and environment management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
