This role partners with business stakeholders, end users, internal IT teams and external implementation partners to deliver scalable, secure and measurable business outcomes. This role also commands a strong balance of enterprise solutions, hand-on Dynamics 365 expertise, integration design and governance and leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Leads end-to-end solution architecture across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related business capabilities.
  • Facilitates requirements workshops, solution-shaping discussions, estimation activities, design reviews, and delivery planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Defines, governs and evolves integration of architecture, data flows, and technical design standards to support secure, scalable, and reliable system connectivity.
  • Establishes and maintains solution-specific architectural standards and guidelines consistent with enterprise technology standards.
  • Provides architecture governance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including design validation, business playbacks, testing strategy, deployment planning, and delivery oversight.
  • Ensures changes across environments are compliant, well-controlled, risk-mitigated, and aligned with established governance practices.
  • Drives continuous improvement by leveraging Dynamics 365, Azure, DevOps practices, automation, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and business value.
  • Designs and oversees robust, scalable, testable, well-documented, and performance-optimized configurations and customizations that meet functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
  • Develops and maintain functional and non-functional solution designs, architecture documentation, technical standards, and implementation guidelines.
  • Performs fit-gap analysis between business requirements, platform capabilities, best practices, existing functionality, and future-state functionality.
  • Estimates, plans and coordinates project activities, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Supports production solutions according to agreed service levels and help ensure system reliability, maintainability, and user satisfaction.
  • Delivers training, coaching, and technical enablement for developers, support teams, business users, and stakeholders
  • Performs other duties or activities necessary to support business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Supply Chain Management, or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Supply Chain Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or comparable leadership role within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP ecosystem.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or comparable leadership role within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP ecosystem.
