Job Summary:
NR Consulting is seeking a Technical Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The role requires extensive experience in architecture and design, specifically in large-scale MSCRM implementations, and involves working with various Microsoft technologies and integrations.
Responsibilities:
• Must have demonstrable architecture & design experience in the role of Technical Architect in at least 2 3 large, end to end large MSCRM implementations, that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi geo rollouts
• Must have thorough knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service Must be thorough and hands on MSCRM 2013 ,MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug ins, Javascript, Azure functions, Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations)
• Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5 Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012 Scribe and SSIS
• Modern workloads: Power platform : specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps in preferred Experience in Azure AI / Client, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is high preferable
• Experience in working in an Agile DevOps is a must
• Good team handling and customer facing skills
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least 10-12 years of experience in IT
• 8-10 years on Microsoft technologies
• At least 6-8 years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must)
• Demonstrable architecture & design experience in the role of Technical Architect in at least 2-3 large, end to end large MSCRM implementations
• Experience with complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service), multiple integrations and multi geo rollouts
• Thorough knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service
