Reasonable Tech Solutions in Towson, MD is looking for a Test Proctor to administrator our offices. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

We are seeking a dedicated Testing Proctor with current IT certifications to join our team and ensure a professional, secure, and smooth testing environment for our candidates.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer and proctor certification exams (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, EC-Council, etc.) following vendor policies.
  • Verify candidate identities and ensure testing integrity and compliance.
  • Set up and maintain testing workstations and IT systems.
  • Provide basic IT troubleshooting for equipment and software.
  • Maintain detailed records of test sessions and incident reports.
  • Assist with scheduling and customer support for test-takers.
  • Support company technicians by providing IT-related guidance when needed.


Qualifications

Current IT Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or EC-Council)

✅ Excellent customer service skills and strong technical troubleshooting
