  • Provide expert architectural, functional and process guidance on approach and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal technical partners to understand capability needs and to develop efficient solutions.
  • Partner with architects to maintain a 3-year roadmap addressing capabilities to enable the department strategic plans.
  • Develop and Manage a team of Software Engineers.
  • Work within cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments.
  • Act as the embodiment of the agile attitude; lead teams in iterative product development using lean principles and a quality-first approach to development
