Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.
We are building a high-impact hyperscale sales capability focused on some of the most influential technology customers in the world. Our team partners closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to shape infrastructure at global scale-spanning cloud, AI, and next-generation data center architectures. If you enjoy operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer influence, this is a space where your work will have visible impact across industries.
This role serves as the global account leader for a strategic hyperscale customer, owning revenue, relationships, and long-term positioning. You will guide multi-year account strategy, influence system architecture decisions, and lead cross-functional teams to expand market share. The position blends commercial leadership with technical engagement, making it ideal for someone who can navigate both executive conversations and engineering-driven discussions!
Responsibilities:
- Own and implement global account strategy across regions and business units to drive revenue, margin, and long-term growth
- Build and lead executive relationships, influencing decisions across business and technical stakeholders
- Lead sophisticated commercial negotiations including LTAs, pricing frameworks, and supply agreements
- Engage early in customer architecture cycles; align internal roadmaps to drive design wins and workload expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams (account, FAEs, business units) to ensure aligned execution and account performance
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or global account management
- Proven success managing large, strategic accounts (preferably $1B+ scale)
- Experience building and influencing executive-level customer relationships
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex, multi-year negotiations
- Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud, or AI systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hyperscale or data center sales across compute, memory, storage, or networking
- Background in semiconductor or infrastructure technologies (e.g., DRAM, SSD, accelerators)
- Ability to engage with engineering and architecture collaborators on technical topics
- Track record of driving early-stage design wins and architectural influence
- Experience leading geographically distributed, global accounts
