Micron's Embedded DEG PE team is shaping the future of Automotive DRAM, delivering solutions that power next-generation vehicles. We partner closely across design, manufacturing, and quality to build products that perform reliably in demanding environments. We're looking for a Product Engineer to join our team in Manassas, VA. In this role, you'll own product performance end-to-end, working across teams to drive validation, yield improvement, and customer satisfaction. You'll play a central role in connecting engineering efforts and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with engineering and manufacturing to develop process conditions and product test programs
  • Identify failure modes and develop targeted tests to improve product validation
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned products across cross-functional teams
  • Analyze yield data, debug failures, and drive root cause and corrective actions
  • Support datasheet refinement, specifications, and technical documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Working knowledge of programming concepts with experience in at least one language
  • Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Willingness to relocate to Manassas, VA and work on-site
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in semiconductor or product engineering roles
  • Familiarity with VLSI concepts and semiconductor device physics
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work across multiple teams
  • Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
