400CreativeMC (www.creativemc.com) is San Francisco's largest promotional product firm. Our client base includes Google, Iterable, SFO, Meta, University of San Diego, Zynga, Visa, and more. CreativeMC partners with our clients to promote their business through stylized, branded products.

We like to develop and promote from within; therefore, this position is considered an entry point into our Brand Styling Sales Team. We are looking to hire a pro-active, highly organized Sales Project Assistant to start on a career path with high earning potential. As an assistant to two Brand Stylists, we invest in your training and mentoring over a 12 – 24-month period. You will learn how to research, develop, and design products, as well as developing quotes and contracts. Developing knowledge and relationships with hundreds of vendors will lead to learning complex project management to manage the life-cycle and delivery of exciting products.

YOUR REWARD:

  • Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour DOE, eligible for overtime pay and an end of year bonus
  • A Career Path to high income: Success in your position leads to a Brand Stylist role with earnings up to $250,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Project Coordination Assistance

● As the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly-skilled tasks

● Under the direction of a Brand Stylist, prepares purchase orders, contracts and product information for clients

● Assists with managing product production cycle; tracking vendor receipt of product, confirming production dates with vendors, shipping timelines, review of proofs with Brand Stylist; heads off potential problems with effective tracking and communications

● Enters ongoing transaction data using Salesforce

● Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations

● Responds to inquiries about client projects

● Reports any delays to Brand Stylists and/or managing director

● Interacts and communicates with individuals at all levels: sales, finance, fulfillment

● Supports management in other facets of the business

● Remains up to date about design trends

COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • An interest in fashion / style trends, is a plus
  • Ability to work daily in our Sacramento office
  • 2 or more years’ experience in internal and external customer service
  • 1-2 years working in an administrative role with a CRM and multiple, deadline driven projects.
  • Creative eye, with an interest in design, style and trends
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy – experienced in complex project management
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, intermediate CRM skills (Salesforce, preferred)
  • Solid acumen with numbers, analytic and strategic thinker
  • Personable and responsive, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and persistent problem solver
