Job description

Gales Auto Repair is looking for a FULL TIME in-house content creator to help us dominate social media and document the daily grind inside one of the fastest growing automotive repair companies in Mid-Michigan.

This is NOT some boring corporate marketing job.
We need somebody hungry, creative, fast paced, and obsessed with content.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Film customer vehicle walkarounds

  • Capture behind the scenes shop content

  • Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Facebook content

  • Follow technicians, advisors, and managers throughout the day

  • Edit short form content FAST

  • Post daily content across all platforms

  • Capture the culture, hustle, growth, and energy of the shops

  • Help build the Gales Auto Repair brand online

Must:
  • Know how to shoot/edit on iPhone + camera

  • Understand TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels & trends

  • Be comfortable around people/customers

  • Move FAST in a high energy environment

  • Be dependable

  • Have transportation

  • Be willing to learn and grow with us
