Job description

Fletcher Development is a high-end construction and real estate platform based in Fairfield County, CT. We operate a portfolio of related companies and brands, each with its own voice and audience.
We're looking for a social media manager to own content across all of them, including our CEO's personal social media accounts.
Location requirement (please read before applying)
You must be based within reasonable driving distance of Fairfield County, CT. On-site presence is required at least 12 times per month to capture live photo and video (job sites, executive interviews, events, and anything else worth filming) and to stay close to the operation. What you'll own

  • Brand voice for each account
  • Building the content calendar with a healthy variety of post types (reels, stills, carousels, talking-head clips, behind-the-scenes), pitching ideas, and bringing your own POV on what we should be posting, not just executing on requested post ideas
  • Scheduling and publishing 34 posts per week per primary account
  • Light engagement: replies, DMs, comment moderation Monthly performance recap across the portfolio
Who we're looking for
  • High-octane operator: fast turnarounds, high production quality, brings ideas instead of waiting for them
  • Range: can credibly toggle between brand voices and audiences without everything starting to sound the same
  • Strong eye for editing: clean, restrained, not overproduced
  • Experience ghost-managing executive or founder personal accounts, with the discretion that requires
  • Ability to study and replicate our CEO's voice
  • Your own production setup (camera, editing tools). We have some gear and can purchase more as needed, but self-sufficient is ideal
  • Reliable communication and follow-through
  • Experience in construction, architecture, real estate, or luxury lifestyle is preferred but not required
Logistics
  • We're looking for someone we can work with long-term who can commit a significant number of hours per week to working with us
  • Hybrid: mostly remote, with minimum 12 on-site days per month in Fairfield County
To apply, please send
  • Your rate
  • Portfolio
  • 12 examples of brands you've managed, plus 12 examples of executive/founder personal accounts you've ghost-managed
  • A short note on how you'd approach working with us
