Sales Manager – Energy as a Service (EaaS)

Meta Power Solutions is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager – Energy as a Service (EaaS) to lead and grow our commercial revenue strategy across the United States. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of technical sales acumen, energy industry expertise, and proven sales leadership — with the ability to navigate complex, consultative sales cycles and structure financially sound EaaS agreements including PPAs, Energy Service Agreements (ESAs), and managed services contracts. This role is critical to Meta Power Solutions' aggressive growth trajectory and will directly shape the company's market presence, client relationships, and revenue performance.

  • Advise clients on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), energy cost avoidance, resilience value propositions, and sustainability outcomes
  • Partner with the EaaS SME and engineering team to translate 2.5 MW generation system capabilities into compelling clientfacing value propositions
  • Support the development of EaaS pricing models incorporating capital recovery, O&M costs, fuel escalation, and risk allocation strategies

  • Deliver executivelevel presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations that clearly articulate the financial and operational value of Meta Power Solutions' EaaS offerings
  • Partner with the technical team during presales site visits, client workshops, and solution design reviews
  • Ensure a seamless handoff from sales to project delivery teams, maintaining client confidence and satisfaction throughout
