Job description


Tri-Meta Counseling & Associates is a growing psychotherapy practice in Montclair, New Jersey,
dedicated to providing thoughtful, high-quality mental health care grounded in relational,
systemic, and developmentally informed approaches. 
We serve individuals, couples, and families and are seeking a fully licensed Therapist to join our collaborative clinical team.
Our practice has a strong relational orientation, and we are especially interested in clinicians
who enjoy working with couples, families, and children, and who value understanding clients
within the context of their relationships, family systems, and broader social environments.
Applicants with a range of clinical interests, including those passionate about individual work,
are encouraged to apply.
Position Details
•Full-time W-2 position
•20–25 hours per week of direct client contact
•Flexible hybrid schedule, offering a mix of in-person and virtual sessions
•In-person evening availability required (minimum of 3 evenings per week)
•Ongoing administrative and clinical support
Required Qualifications
•Active, unrestricted New Jersey licensure as one of the following:
â—¦LMFT, LPC, LCSW
•Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical practice
•Interest in relational, family systems, and/or attachment-based work
•Ability to provide in-person services at our Montclair office
Preferred (Not Required)
•LCSW with SIFI certification
•Bilingual clinicians
•Experience or training in couples therapy, family therapy, child and adolescent
work, or systemic modalities
Compensation & Benefits
