Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Meta Ads Consultant based in Netherlands.

As a Meta Ads Consultant, you'll take ownership of paid social growth across Facebook and Instagram, helping scale acquisition in key European markets. You'll shape the strategy from the ground up while remaining deeply involved in campaign execution and optimisation. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with senior marketing stakeholders in a small, agile, international environment. Your work will directly influence lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and return on advertising spend. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a measurable impact within a fast-growing business. It is particularly well suited to an entrepreneurial marketer who prefers action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement a full-funnel Meta advertising strategy tailored to key European markets and target audiences.
  • Plan, launch, manage, monitor, and continuously optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns focused on lead generation, awareness, and acquisition.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into actionable optimisation initiatives.
  • Own paid social performance and continuously improve efficiency, ROI, and overall campaign impact.
  • Collaborate closely with senior product and marketing stakeholders to align paid social activity with broader growth objectives.
  • Advise on and contribute to ad copy, creative concepts, visuals, and landing pages to maximise campaign performance.
  • Prepare clear, insightful performance reports with practical recommendations for future improvements.
  • Continuously test audiences, creatives, messaging, and campaign approaches to identify scalable growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing and scaling successful Meta advertising campaigns, ideally within startups, scale-ups, or similarly fast-paced environments.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign structure, creative testing, measurement, and performance optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into concrete business actions.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability and willingness to move seamlessly between strategic planning and detailed campaign execution.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with a strong bias toward action and experimentation.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and operating effectively within a small and agile team.
  • Fluent English is required; Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or other European languages are considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively within GMT to GMT+3 time zones.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing scale-up with international ambitions.
  • Significant ownership and autonomy over Meta advertising strategy and execution.
  • Remote working environment with a small, ambitious, and collaborative team.
  • Freedom to experiment, innovate, and directly influence growth.
  • Competitive consultant compensation.
  • Opportunity to work across multiple European markets and make a measurable commercial impact.
