SUMMARY OF DUTIES
This position is responsible for project management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of project.
2. Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
3. Assists with the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders.
4. Ensures resource availability and allocation.
5. Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
6. Manages and reports changes to project scope, schedule and costs to stakeholders.
7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and resources.
8. Manages relations with clients and stakeholders.
9. Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
10. Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors.
11. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
12. Performs other duties and tasks as required.

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Five years of technical project management experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with others effectively to analyze problems and implement solutions.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve problems.
• Demonstrated time management skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Demonstrated computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Oracle ERP system.
