Since 1974, Meridian's mission has been to eliminate addiction by working with individuals and their families through recognition, prevention, consultation, healthcare, communication, support, and treatment, utilizing a person-centered approach that respects the dignity of every individual.


In addition to offering a comprehensive approach to addiction (that includes prevention, treatment, recovery support, housing, criminal justice services and much more), we are also a trusted source for primary care, mental health services, chiropractic care and acupuncture.
