Qualifications

  • Licensed by the Ohio Medical Board
  • Board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine
  • DEA certification
  • Hospital admission privileges in at least one Mahoning County hospital
  • ASAM certification or MRO experience preferred (not required)
  • A passion for integrated, patient-focused care
