Superior knowledge of optics with emphasis on the fitting and sale of eyewear. Strong customer service skills. Assist the customer in eyeglass selection and prescription analysis. Support store manager in various projects such as frames pricing and monthly inventory counts. Assist with general office duties such as answering the phone, greeting customers, filing, entry into cash register, and data entry. Some travel to other offices to cover staffing needs may be necessary. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. The primary work location will be Mercy Washington, with occasional floating to Mercy St. Louis to support additional staffing needs.
