Mercy Northwest Arkansas is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the President, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

In this highly visible role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare correspondence and reports, support Governing Board meetings (including agendas and minutes), oversee administrative support functions, and assist with special projects. This position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle highly confidential information.

Qualifications:

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Two years of administrative or clerical support experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Associate Degree

  • Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders

  • Experience coordinating board meetings and meeting minutes

  • Healthcare experience
