Inside Merchant Growth Specialist

The Inside Merchant Growth Specialist (IMGS) drives same-store sales growth by managing remote merchant relationships, coaching utilization, and maintaining consistent outbound engagement. Success is measured by increased funding activity and predictable portfolio performance. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Grow funded volume within assigned merchant portfolio (minimum $25K MoM) 
  • Increase merchant utilization, reactivation, and retention 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners 
  • Proactively identify and address performance or engagement gaps 
  • Coach merchants on sales strategies to increase financing adoption 
  • Monitor trends and intervene to sustain production growth 
  • Execute 65–75 daily outbound calls to drive engagement 
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and manage a prioritized pipeline 

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications 

Proven Sales Experience: At least one year of inside sales or phone sales experience—you must know how to pick up the phone, engage, and close the deal. 

• Consistence is a must: We are looking for business professionals with a consistent work history, verifiable on their resume.  

• Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently 

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 

• Computer literate and able to operate common office machines. 

• Minimum Age: 18 years old 

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
