This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, marketing execution, and revenue growth. The Data-Driven Growth Manager is accountable for turning bank data into measurable outcomes-increased merchant activations, processing volume, and revenue-by identifying high-probability opportunities, defining and tracking metrics tied to meaningful revenue impact and driving targeted, executable go-to-market initiatives in partnership with internal teams and bank partners.

THE ROLE:

The Data-Driven Growth Manager is accountable for turning bank data into measurable outcomes-increased merchant activations, processing volume, and revenue-by identifying high-probability opportunities, defining and tracking metrics tied to meaningful revenue impact, and driving targeted, executable go-to-market initiatives in partnership with internal teams and bank partners.
Ultimate goal: Drive merchant activations that generate meaningful and sustained processing volume-ensuring growth efforts translate into real revenue impact, not just activity.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Admin or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in growth strategy, revenue operations, analytics driven marketing for related fields

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to translate date into executable growth initiatives
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high accountability.
  • Experience working with financial institutions, payments, fintech, or merchant services
  • Background in analytics-driven go-to-market strategies or revenue acceleration
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, campaign tracking, and performance measurement
  • Experience scaling programs from pilot to repeatable engine.
