Merchandise Execution

  • Support Merchants in developing seasonal assortments aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Assist in product selection, pricing recommendations, and assortment planning.
  • Coordinate the introduction of new products and monitor product lifecycle performance.
  • Maintain merchandising calendars and ensure milestone deadlines are met.

Business Analysis

  • Analyze sales, inventory, margin, and promotional performance.
  • Identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve business results.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal business recaps.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and communicate findings to merchandising leadership.

Product & Assortment Management

  • Maintain accurate product information within merchandising systems.
  • Coordinate item setup, product attributes, pricing, and assortment changes.
  • Support assortment reviews and line presentations.
  • Monitor product availability and inventory levels.

Vendor Partnership

  • Assist with vendor communications regarding product development, samples, purchase orders, and deliveries.
