We bring an extensive and unrivaled selection of haute horology timepieces, fine jewelry, bridal selection, and gifts & accessories, while providing a welcoming and comfortable shopping experience in Westfield Valley Fair and Stanford Shopping Center locations.

Merchandising & Inventory Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Maintain master inventory across multiple locations for all categories
  • Manage all inbound and outbound inventory movements, including merchandise handling, entry, and transfers
  • Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
  • Partner with Store Managers to manage the annual inventory and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate monthly reports for Senior Management and vendors

Merchandising & Inventory Specialist Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in retail management or similar preferred.
  • Fast learner, curious, adaptable
  • Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Background in watch, jewelry, and luxury preferred

Salary Range: $20+/hour
