  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of back-of-house operations, including inventory management, food safety protocols, and kitchen systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Current ServSafe Certification
  • Current Allergy Certification
