DESCRIPTION
At Fresh City Kitchen, our Catering Delivery Drivers are not just transporters-they are the face of our brand. For many of our clients, you will be the only direct interaction they have with us, making your role essential to our success. This position involves delivering and setting up catering orders on time and with precision across the greater Boston area, all while embodying our commitment to professionalism and hospitality.
As a Catering Delivery Driver, you will ensure that each delivery meets our high standards and provides our clients with peace of mind knowing their order is timely, accurate, and hassle-free. You will also contribute to our business by identifying and passing on potential sales leads, maintaining clean and well-stocked vehicles, and fostering positive relationships with our team.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Order Preparation: Collaborate with operations staff to double-check and pack orders accurately into the delivery vehicle.
  • Efficient Delivery: Follow the designated delivery schedule to ensure that all orders are delivered in the correct sequence and on time.
  • Service Excellence: Adhere to the Fresh City Kitchen Sequence of Service, ensuring each delivery meets our standards for quality and presentation.
  • Issue Resolution: Communicate any delivery issues promptly to Customer Service to resolve them effectively.
  • Positive Attitude: Project a friendly, hospitality-driven demeanor that reflects well on Fresh City Kitchen and enhances the client experience.
  • Respect and Teamwork: Show respect for all employees and work collaboratively to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:
  • Driver's License: Valid Massachusetts Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the greater Boston area to navigate efficiently.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and able to read and understand delivery instructions.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use map applications and other navigational tools.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
