The Manager, Program Management leads cross-functional initiatives by coordinating activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving accountability to achieve business objectives. This role oversees program execution, monitors key performance indicators, and identifies improvement opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness. The manager provides leadership and development for associates, ensures compliance with company standards, and communicates progress to senior leadership. By fostering collaboration and continuous improvement, this position supports strategic goals and delivers measurable results while maintaining high ethical standards and promoting a positive work environment.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
