Responsibilities
  • Media Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and Lead Integrated Paid Media Strategies Across Multiple Dental Brands, Specialties, and Geographic Markets.
    • Build cross-channel media plans designed to drive new patient acquisition, improve brand awareness, and support organizational growth goals.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization
    • Oversee Campaign Execution, Trafficking, Pacing, Optimization, and Performance Monitoring Across All Paid Media Channels.
    • Make Data-driven Optimization Recommendations to Improve Conversion Performance, Lead Quality, Efficiency, and Return on Investment.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Executive Communication
    • Lead Reporting and Post-campaign Analysis Across Brands, Markets, and Media Channels.
    • Translate Media and Performance Data into Clear, Actionable Insights and Strategic Recommendations for Marketing and Operational Leadership.
  • Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Manage and Mentor Media Specialists and Other Supporting Team Members, Helping Foster Continued Professional Development and Media Expertise.
    • Collaborate Cross-functionally with Creative, Communications, Operations, Analytics, and Technology Teams to Ensure Integrated Campaign Execution and Alignment.
  • Budget Ownership & Vendor Management
    • Manage Media Budgets Across Multiple Brands and Regions, Ensuring Responsible Stewardship of Marketing Investments.
    • Develop Budget Allocation Recommendations and Monitor Pacing to Ensure Campaigns Remain Aligned with Performance Goals and Financial Expectations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in media strategy, paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing. Proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, or developing team members
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic display, OTT/CTV, and analytics platforms. Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, conversion tracking, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
