Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team, to provide quality nursing services care to our residents.


Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound treatments and managing medical documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.


  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures, empowering them to take an active role in their care.


  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.



Experience

  • Current RN licensure is required, with experience in triage, outpatient care, or hospital settings preferred.


  • Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential, with experience in long-term skilled nursing care and memory care is very beneficial
