Job description

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking for a Long Time Care Medical Director to join a growing Medical Group in Decatur IN (Just 30 minutes south of Fort Wayne). 
 
  • Will serve as Medical Director for 4 Long Term Care Facilities and 4 Assisted Living Facilities in the Fort Wayne Area and serve as the Supervising Physician for 5 Geriatric Focused Nurse Practitioners to assist in Providing Regulatory Rounds and Acute Visits.
  • Schedule is variable, but 40 hours per week.
  • About 10 PPD
  • Would prefer experience with Post Acute Care
  • Looking ASAP 
  • EMR: Epic
  • BC, or have the intent on being BC
  • No J1 or H1, loan reimbursement negotiable
