Job Title: Member Services Coordinator
Pay: $19-$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (in office)

AMS | Association Management Services NW is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to join our Portland office. In this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors, helping answer questions, route requests, and keep daily operations running smoothly. Every day is different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
What you'll do:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist homeowners, vendors, and board members with general questions and requests.
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate departments and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and update information in company systems.
  • Process incoming mail and assist with day-to-day office responsibilities.
  • Support the team with scheduling, coordination, and other administrative projects.
