About the Role:
MedPOINT Management is looking for a detail-driven Provider Directory Data Assurance Analyst to join our team in Sherman Oaks, CA. In this critical role, you'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of provider data that healthcare members rely on every day. If you're passionate about data quality and making a real impact in healthcare, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Audit and validate provider directory data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Identify, research, and resolve provider data discrepancies across internal systems and external sources
  • Monitor provider directory updates and maintain data integrity across all platforms
  • Collaborate with network management, credentialing, and compliance teams to ensure timely data corrections
  • Generate reports and track key metrics related to provider directory data quality
  • Support CMS and state regulatory compliance requirements related to provider directory accuracy
  • Document data assurance processes, findings, and corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Experience in healthcare data management, provider relations, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of provider directory requirements and healthcare regulatory standards (CMS, DMHC, etc.)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with managed care, IPA, or health plan operations preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
