We have an exciting opportunity for you with an established personal injury law firm located in Denver. We are looking for an experienced pre-litigation Intake/Case Manager. Our clients are very important to us, so we are looking for candidates with strong people skills. Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills with a strong work ethic.

Must be familiar with personal injury process from start to finish:

. Screening prospective calls

. Intake: meeting with clients to review initial information

· Ongoing communication with clients and insurance companies regarding treatment and case status

· Obtain lost wage information from clients

· Review demand packages

· Track deadlines

· Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents

. Assist the Attorney with case resolution

. Experience in lien resolution

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Understanding of health insurance i.e. Medicare and Medicaid

· Understanding of auto insurance i.e. Medpay, UIM

Salary commensurate with experience.

Range $50,000 to $70,000
