Job Description
One of the premier Arthritis clinics is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist take inbound calls and schedule appointment. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and/or reschedules patient appointments
  • Receive inbound calls and direct caller to the appropriate department
  • Inform and provide patient with necessary information and instructions prior to their appointment
  • Scan and file into patient docs on eClinicalWorks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 1 year or more of Medical Receptionist/Patient Service Representative role within a clinic/physician office setting
  • Previous EMR experience is required for the role.
  • Must be comfortable with commuting to different clinic located in the Beaumont area once a month.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling experience within eClinicalWorks is a strong plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • Must have completed a high school diploma or GED.
