Job Description
Position: Adjunct Veterinary Technology Instructor; Part-time, Non-benefited; Location and Assignment dependent on candidate
Essential Duties:
-Prepare, coordinate, and deliver curricula, syllabi, and lesson plans to students using available technology tools
-Incorporate experiential learning methods into instruction
Salary:
-$740 per Credit Hour
Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association) Veterinary Technology program
  • Successful completion of VTNE (Veterinary Technician National Examination) or willingness to complete within one year
  • Experience involving large and small animals in a clinical setting
  • Current and valid state-issued driver's license

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association) approved Veterinary Technology program or DVM (Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine) program
  • Successful completion of VTNE or NAVLE (North American Veterinary Licensing Examination)
