Job description

We are seeking Class A CDL drivers with little or no commercial driving experience to begin their careers in a regional Eastern Seaboard fleet operating from the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The role provides regional routes with weekly home resets, paid training, and a full benefits package.

  • Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 weekly, paid via direct deposit
  • Schedule: Regional routes with a weekly home reset
  • Equipment: New, fully equipped tractors
  • Freight: Drop-and-hook dry van freight
  • Benefits: Full benefits package including 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Training: Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship for new and entry-level drivers

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Must meet employer hiring standards and U.S. DOT requirements
  • Minimum 120 hours of formal driving school instruction completed
