Job description

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to join our fast-paced urgent care team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and compassionate demeanor.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and checking in patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Verifying insurance eligibility and collecting co-payments
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Answering multi-line phone systems and responding to inquiries
  • Entering and updating patient information accurately in the EMR system
  • Scanning, faxing, and managing medical documents
