Job Description

The Medical Receptionist 1 serves as the vital first point of contact for patients and visitors within a healthcare setting, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is responsible for managing patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records to facilitate smooth clinical operations. The Medical Receptionist 1 coordinates communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff, thereby supporting efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery. Attention to detail and confidentiality are paramount, as the role involves handling sensitive patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to patient satisfaction and the overall effectiveness of the healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors promptly and courteously upon arrival.
