Job description

The Office Assistant supports daily operations by handling a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Working within a small team of 1-5 members and reporting directly to the CFO, this role ensures efficient office maintenance and record keeping. The Office Assistant manages filings, mail, accounts payable and receivable, and DMV titling and registration, contributing to seamless business operations. The position requires minimal local travel and operates on a schedule of 9am to 2pm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage filing and documentation to maintain organized records
  • Perform office maintenance and ensure a clean, functional workspace
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Maintain accurate record keeping for various office needs
  • Process accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) tasks
  • Manage DMV titling and vehicle registration processes
