  • Partner cross-functionally with Project Managers, Transformation Consultants, Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure coordinated delivery
  • Document implementation decisions, lessons learned, and best practices to support future enhancements and scalability
  • Provide customer and implementation feedback to Product and Engineering teams to support continuous improvement

What You Will Bring to the Position

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and platforms
  • Experience with solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and validation
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution
  • Experience working cross-functionally with customers, architects, project managers, and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value and driving customer success
  • Bachelor's degree required

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Familiarity with service design methodologies and project management tools
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS implementations in complex customer environments

What You Can Expect from DTN
