  • Document all client communication in our CRM.
  • Set, communicate, and manage project plans and execute to expected timeline.
  • Clearly capture and articulate client needs to influence product features.
  • Develop an understanding of our partners’ systems, and build relationships with partner contacts and implementation specialists.
  • Become an SME on our products to set client expectations, including understanding how our solutions can be used to help our clients.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
  • Drive and accelerate user adoption by advising clients on product features.
  • Meet internal goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
We're Looking For:
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting software.
  • Strong client‑facing experience and communication skills.
  • Able to handle a fast pace in an ever‑changing, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Expertise in project and/or task management and maintaining appropriate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years SaaS implementation experience, highly preferred.
  • Experience in Construction, Financial Services, and/or Payroll, preferred.
  • Experience within a growing SaaS and/or software company, preferred.
  • Able to work hybrid from our Bloomington, MN headquarters.
Benefits:
  • Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans are available to keep you and your family healthy.
  • Retirement Savings: Invest in your future with employer‑matching contributions to a SIMPLE Traditional and/or ROTH IRA plan.
  • Time Off: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and Volunteer Time Off (VTO) are offered so that you can take time to recharge and give back to what matters to you.
  • Growth Opportunities: Professional development is encouraged whether it be in training, certifications, or other opportunities to boost your career.

For this position the base salary range is $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility. Final compensation determinations will reflect your unique experience, skills, and the responsibilities of the role.
