Project Manager – Commercial Glazing

Atlanta, GA | $90,000–$150,000 + Benefits


An established commercial building envelope contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its Atlanta team.

With over 30 years in the industry, the company delivers high-profile commercial projects across healthcare, stadiums, mixed-use and other large-scale developments. Offering design, manufacturing and installation services under one roof, they continue to grow across the Southeast.


Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial glazing projects from award through closeout.
  • Act as the main point of contact for General Contractors, architects and project stakeholders.
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors and project documentation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.


Requirements

  • Project Management experience within commercial glazing or the building envelope industry.
  • Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront and architectural glass systems.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Confident working directly with General Contractors and clients.
