Job description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Office Receptionist / Office Support professional to join our growing medical practice. This role serves as a key support position for daily office operations and patient communication, ensuring the front office and administrative workflows run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Operations & General Support:
  • Answer and appropriately route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take messages and task internal staff.
  • Process and manage FMLA requests.
  • Send, receive, and organize faxes.
  • Assist with document scanning, filing, and record organization as needed.
  • Run occasional errands.
  • Provide general Front Desk support and step in during high-volume periods.
  • Take outgoing mail to the mailbox twice weekly.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish) Required.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with basic office technology and shipping platforms.
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.

What We Offer:
  • Full-time, stable position.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday & Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
  • Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Salary: $40,000 annually.
