Avery Partners is seeking a polished and bubbly Medical Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, this role involves handling patient communications in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments
  • Provide accurate information about services, locations, and insurance requirements
  • Handle patient concerns empathetically and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and enter data accurately into electronic systems
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care

Preferred Qualifications
