  • Assist with forms and answer general questions
  • Build rapport with visitors - remembering their names, stories, and preferences
  • Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front area
  • Use scheduling software and office tech efficiently

  • 1+ year of experience in fast-paced, service-oriented roles
  • High School Diploma or GED

Why You'll Love It

  • A consistent schedule: 3 days/week (13-hour shifts)
  • Fulfillment - make a real difference for others by providing outstanding service
  • Room to grow - with clear career paths and skill-building opportunities
  • Paid time off - 10 PTO days (15 after first year) + 10 paid holidays
  • Excellent health, dental, and vision coverage - we cover 90%
  • We help you plan for the future with a 401k plan
  • Earn rewards for referring great people to our team

Who We Are
We're committed to delivering exceptional experiences and innovative solutions. By combining the latest technology with a people-first approach, we help our visitors improve their lives in ways that matter.
