- Avoid unnecessary transfers and assist customers with basic information whenever possible.
- Maintain awareness of dealership departments, personnel, hours, and general operations to properly direct customers.
- Assist customers entering the dealership and notify the appropriate employee or department of their arrival.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized reception area.
