As a Veterinary Specialty Medical Director at ACCESS Los Angeles, in Culver City, CA, you’ll work in a leadership position full-time.

As a leader in our hospital, you'll drive positive change and growth. Your influence will shape our vision, foster an exceptional culture, and maintain high standards of care, leading one of the most respected specialty and emergency institutions in Southern California. Partnering with the practice manager and leadership team, you'll develop strategies, implement improvements, and guide our hospital towards excellence in patient and client care, while supporting staff development.  
  
You’ll mentor specialists, ER veterinarians, interns, and residents at your hospital toward achieving medical excellence and enhancing patient care and outcomes through close collaboration with practice managers and hospital leadership. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. With our comprehensive support, you'll be empowered to perform at your best. Utilize leadership training resources and mentorship programs to develop your skills and advance your career.

As a board-certified veterinarian specialist, you’re willing and able to shape the future of specialty care in a high-performing, multi-specialty environment. You’ll bring your prior leadership experience as a collaborative and approachable leader to succeed as the Specialty Medical Director, where you’ll shape long-term vision and growth for the hospital.

Compensation:
  • Annual base salary range of $400,000-$450,000
  • Sign On Bonus
  • Relocation 
  • And more! The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.   
Your Experience & Skills 
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required 
  • California State Veterinary Board License obtained prior to start date
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible 
  • Board Certified Specialist
