Job description

Data Entry Administrator in an International Trading Company. The position is primarily responsible for updating order and shipment data. A candidate with strong communication skills who is comfortable with high-volume data entry and have experience using SAP would be well-suited for the position

 

  • Location: West Hartford, CT
  • Direct Hire (7 hours/day)
  • $48K with full benefit

Requirements of the Data Entry Administrator:

  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience with a strong focus on high-volume data entry
  • Associate’s degree preferred, but not mandatory
  • Prior experience in the aviation or aviation-related industry is a plus, though not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with SAP is highly desirable

 

 

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Administrator:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Inputs shipping details, vendor invoices, and other required data into the system
  • Ensure completion of revisions and corrections through diligent follow-up
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams by addressing data-related inquiries
  • Communicate with suppliers to verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted data
  • Generates specialized program reports upon request
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
