 Direct Support Professional – COMMUNITY BASED DAY SERVICES Easthampton, MA. Day Shift - Monday-Friday - $20.00/hour to start.

Join our Employment/Community Based Day Services (CBDS) team to help individuals build work readiness skills, succeed at community job sites, develop natural supports, and participate more fully in community life.


We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals to join our dedicated team.  This position provides direct care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Although no experience is required, ideal candidates will possess understanding, patience, and a willingness to be a team player. If you have initiative and are self-motivated, this position may be perfect for you.


Experienced Direct Care Workers, as well as CNAs, LPNs, PCAs, Teaching Assistants, and Paraprofessionals are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills are imperative, and you must be comfortable engaging and interacting with the people we serve, their families and colleagues.


 Shifts: Per Diem, 32-hours full time; 37.5 hours full time; 40 hours full time (includes afternoon driving or monitoring shift on a Riverside van)
