Pharmacy Shipping Clerk (Pharmacy Technician - MA Licensed)

Location: Springfield, Massachusetts
License Required: Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately verify prescription orders against delivery tickets prior to shipment
  • Process prescriptions through POS and apply the correct payment method
  • Package medications using appropriate temperaturesensitive and specialty supplies
  • Enter and validate shipping data in UPS WorldShip and Dynamex with exceptional attention to detail
  • Track shipments and proactively confirm successful deliveries
  • Investigate, resolve, and communicate delivery issues with internal teams and carrier partners
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to clarify incomplete or inaccurate delivery documentation
  • Organize outbound packages by delivery method and priority
  • Transport clinicadministered medications to onsite pharmacy locations as needed
  • Perform other related duties to support pharmacy operations
