Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform administration and office support duties for the Call Center, Meter to Cash, and Integration Center. Provide clerical support to the employees and management as needed. Some of these duties will include but not limited to sorting and distribution of departmental mail, distribution of various computer reports, scanning, copying, filing, data entry, order department supplies, verify all phone lines, special projects, update all excel spreadsheets as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned in accordance with Agreement. Duties will be assigned based upon workload in collective departments.
The salary range for this position starts at Step 1 ($26.82) and progresses in accordance with the union contract. Check out the career site for an overview of our benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Basic typing skills (35 wpm) and familiarity with personal computers required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and the CIS systems is a plus.
• Prior clerical experience (minimum of 6 months)
The successful candidate for this position will also possess the following qualities:
• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and organize work assignments
• Demonstrated competence in completing work assignments
• Demonstrated good judgment skills, being able to apply general rules to specific situations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle business contacts with professional tact and discretion

Eligible for increases to maximum job rate in accordance with the Labor Agreement.
