We select our initial range based on reliable compensation survey data. Other factors we consider in setting the specific pay for an individual will generally include, among other things, experience, specialized skills, work location, and internal equity to provide competitive offers. The range stated below is a starting point of the compensation conversation, we'd like to hear what your compensation expectations are too!

You will also handle appointment changes, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts while following up on patient inquiries to ensure timely resolution.

You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support daily operations and contribute to a welcoming, patient-centered environment by addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

You must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare setting. Problem-solving skills and adaptability are essential, as scheduling demands may change throughout the day. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are also critical.
