Medical Appointment Scheduler
Location: Dunwoody / Sandy Springs

Schedule: Full-Time | 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Appointment Scheduler to join our outpatient clinic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent patient service.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff
  • Maintain accurate records within the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
  • Verify insurance information and assist with basic billing inquiries
  • Handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of medical scheduling or related healthcare experience
