About the Job: 

Digital at Taco Bell is evolving beyond traditional marketing channels to create new opportunities across commerce media, strategic partnerships, and connected fan experiences. As the Senior Associate Manager, Digital Commerce Media & Strategic Partnerships, you will support the development and execution of partnership-driven initiatives across Taco Bell's digital platforms, loyalty ecosystem, and brand experiences. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Strategy & Innovation, this role will collaborate across multiple teams to bring integrated programs and activations to life while helping grow Taco Bell's digital and partnership ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is highly collaborative, organized, and passionate about creating innovative experiences that drive value for both fans and partners.

The Day-to-Day:

    Support the planning and execution of commerce media and strategic partnership initiatives across Taco Bell's digital ecosystem, including audience activations, integrated campaigns, and partner programs.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Loyalty, Digital Channels[SC1.1][PB1.2], Brand, Media, CRM, Analytics, Customer Data and Engineering to help execute campaigns and activations that align with business objectives and fan engagement goals.
    Excel in managing [SC2.1][PB2.2]partner relationships by coordinating program planning, activation timelines, deliverables, and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    Support audience activation efforts by partnering with data, CRM, and media teams to execute campaigns across owned and paid digital channels.
    Coordinate integrated digital and experiential activations across app, loyalty, social, content, and partner touchpoints to help ensure a seamless consumer experience.
    Monitor program performance, compile campaign results, and share insights and recommendations to support campaign optimization and future activations.
    Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination to help ensure successful delivery of partnership and commerce media initiatives.
Is This You?

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, 
    8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, loyalty, partnerships, retail media, or a related discipline.
    Experience supporting or executing digital media campaigns, with familiarity across channels such as paid social, programmatic, retail media, or other digital advertising platforms. 
    Familiarity with commerce media and digital marketing concepts, including audience activation, targeting, measurement, and performance across owned, paid, and partner channels.
    Familiarity with marketing and media performance metrics and concepts, including CPM, CPA, ROAS, audience segmentation, match rates, and campaign measurement. 
    Experience working with customer, CRM, or loyalty data to support audience targeting, personalization, and consumer engagement initiatives; exposure to audience onboarding, identity solutions, or clean room environments is a plus. 
    Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across Marketing, Digital, Analytics, CRM, Engineering, agencies, or external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $125,000 to $140,000  annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
